Build a Plov! cooking game: planned activity

In Nicolas's village, plov was cooked in a big black pot called a kazan. Everything goes in, in a special order, layer by layer, and nobody stirs the rice! Now it's your child's turn to be the cook.

The game follows a real plov recipe, so children learn how a dish comes together: oil and meat at the bottom, then onions, carrots, spices and chickpeas, rice on top and a whole garlic head hidden in the middle. The step cards turn it into a story they can tell out loud, and when you're ready, you can cook a real plov together, with your little one in charge of washing the rice.

While they play, children practise cutting, sequencing, counting, fine motor skills and early reading. Every page carries a short, warm note from Nicolas.
